Our story
A home kitchen, a marble slab, and a very early alarm.
Sugar Mama’s began the way most good things do — feeding neighbors. What started as Sunday loaves for friends grew into a weekly menu of laminated pastries, slow-fermented breads and cakes finished by hand.
Everything is still made in one kitchen, in batches small enough that we know every loaf by sight. It is slower. It also tastes like it.
